What payment methods do you accept? 

•We accept methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal. Other methods depend upon your region. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days, with delivery times ranging from 4-12 business days for standard shipping.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we only ship to China, France and The United States of America. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

 

What is your return policy?

Every customer has 10 days to make a return. According to our After-sales policy, we'll refund or resend for bad quality, damage issue, wrong products etc.. and receivers don't have to return what they have received, which means customers can hold the product without sending back. However we don't accept refund or resend for personal reason like someone ordered a wrong size or he/she doesn't like the product persoanlly order etc.. If he/she insists on returning it back, then it's supposed to be shipped back and stocked in our warehouse for your future orders.
 TBP offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

  1. Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.
  2. Screenshot of the e-mail or dispute received including name, date and content. In other words, a customer has sent complain (Through PayPal Dispute or other Gateway, e-mail, etc.).
  3. The products need to be returned to TBP if our Dispute Team asks for a return on the AS Service Center.
